House on the beach

We are waiting for you in Puglia, in House on the Beach: a stunning villa with a private panoramic swimming pool right by the sea! Open a gate and dip your feet in the delicate sand of the Baia Verde beach in Gallipoli, a long expanse with crystal clear waters.

The residence has been recently renovated with the utmost attention to the choice of materials, lighting, and elements that characterise each room and outline its distinct personality.

The fantastic infinity pool is located on the terrace of the top floor of the house and has a breathtaking view of the sea. Equipped with delightful massage jets, it can also be heated on request, at an extra cost.

With no less than 6 bedrooms spread over 3 floors – the villa is on several levels – House on the Beach can accommodate up to 12 guests.

The interiors feature luxurious modern furnishings. As soon as you walk up the few steps, you enter the raised ground floor to find the living room with an open-plan kitchen.

The living room is dominated by a blue velvet sofa, modern and elegant. At the same time, the large kitchen is equipped with every comfort and superbly equipped. At an extra cost, guests will also have a selection of Apulian wines at controlled temperature to taste. A service bathroom is located on this floor.

Three en-suite bedrooms are located on the floor below the ground floor. They all have independent external access and, the real gem of the residence, a small spa with a sauna and hammam path.

From the ground floor, a staircase leads to the upper floors which house the other 3 en-suite double bedrooms, one of which, on the top floor, is a master bedroom with kitchenette, sofa and private veranda with sea views.

The centre of Gallipoli is not far away – you can decide to get there on foot or by bike (not provided). The location of House on the Beach is also favourable for a pleasant excursion to the enchanting Lecce, among the treasures of Apulian Baroque.

Standard booking conditions include a minimum of 3-4 nights for villas and 2-3 nights for apartments. Different booking conditions may apply for specific properties or seasons. Always check booking availability and rates for your stay. If you have specific requests don't hesitate to make an enquiry. The bedrooms made available, where the number of guests is below the maximum occupancy, and in case of a reduced rate due to the lower occupancy, will be adequate for the number of guests to stay there. The accommodation is for exclusive use.
