Trulli Iride

Trulli Iride is a villa with pool built around a 500-year-old trullo in Puglia. With four bedrooms, four bathrooms, and two kitchens, this residence can accommodate up to eight people, divided into three structures with independent access.

As soon as you arrive at Trulli Iride you will immediately notice the garden with fruit trees, centuries-old olive trees, and parking cars’ shaded area. Walking around the outside, you can see the barbecue for tasty grills during summer evenings, and the small wood-burning oven near the trullo. Nearby you can enjoy the seasonal harvest of the organic vegetable garden cultivated by local farmers.

The swimming pool (11×5 m) dominates the entire outdoor area: your holiday will be unforgettable. You can have fun with your family and friends, relax with long baths and sunbathe lying in the areas equipped with mobile and stone beds with oversized cushions. You can also relax in the shade of the parasols installed near the swimming pool, perhaps after a shower in the outdoor area and cooling off.

The large garden is suitable for hosting small events and ceremonies with a capacity larger than the villa (subject to authorisation and payment of an event fee).

The entire residence is characterised by an architecture that combines the utmost respect for tradition and functionality, furnished with prestigious and refined furniture.

The kitchen is modern and complete with a gas hob, electric oven, dishwasher, microwave, large fridge with freezer, sink and Nespresso coffee machine, Smart TV with SKY (Cinema, Sport and Entertainment).

The two bedrooms are splendid: the first with a double bed and the second with two very spacious single beds, ideal for children and/or teenagers. Both bedrooms have direct access to the garden through the French window.

The two bedrooms share a bathroom complete with shower, washbasin, toilet, and bidet and the predominant building element is stone which makes the environment even more traditional.

There is access to the gardens from the living room through beautiful French doors with mosquito nets leading to the garden and the swimming pool. Both verandas have seating for 8 people.

The second trullo has independent access and consists of a kitchen and an open plan living area. The main suite is ideal for a couple to enjoy privacy. The kitchen is equipped with a gas hob, electric oven, dishwasher and wall-mounted furniture with Smart TV and Sky.

In addition to the kitchen, this area has a bathroom equipped with a toilet, washbasin, bidet, and a large shower.

The double bedroom is equipped with a king-size bed, extra-large wardrobe and air conditioning.

Also, there is a small suite in the main building consisting of a bedroom with a bathroom and kitchenette, with separate and independent access. It is equipped with a French double bed, a wall unit with Smart TV and air conditioning. This small trullo is ideal for children and teenagers who want to relax or play together.

Standard booking conditions include a minimum of 3-4 nights for villas and 2-3 nights for apartments. Different booking conditions may apply for specific properties or seasons. Always check booking availability and rates for your stay. If you have specific requests don't hesitate to make an enquiry. The bedrooms made available, where the number of guests is below the maximum occupancy, and in case of a reduced rate due to the lower occupancy, will be adequate for the number of guests to stay there. The accommodation is for exclusive use.
