Garden House

Garden House is a nice villa with a private and exclusive pool on top of the hills in Lucca, more or less 7 kilometers away far, making it an ideal location for enjoying country living while being near a town.

The farmhouse has been refurbished using traditional elements such as beamed ceilings and terracotta flooring, as well as an authentic pizza oven and BBQ outside the main door. Additionally, it has been outfitted with all modern conveniences so that guests may completely enjoy their trip. 

The completely walled salt-water swimming pool, 8m X 4m – is perfect for families traveling with children. Also, the pool has an upstream swim feature and is supplied with cozy seats and a sofa that previous visitors liked to unwind on.

On the ground floor of Garden House, there is a very nice living room with a fireplace and a relaxing

sitting/dining area; also a well-furnished kitchen and the guest bathroom.

 Through the stairs, you reach the first floor, where there is a double bedroom with an en-suite bathroom with shower, two double bedrooms and a bathroom with shower; also a single bedroom and another bathroom with shower; a very nice double bedroom and a single bedroom shares a bathroom with shower.

Please be aware that the road’s final few kilometers are fairly winding and pass past stunning towering ancient stonewalls. We advise anyone unfamiliar with this type of country road not to rent huge vehicles because the route is fairly narrow in certain places.

Standard booking conditions include a minimum of 3-4 nights for villas and 2-3 nights for apartments. Different booking conditions may apply for specific properties or seasons. Always check booking availability and rates for your stay. If you have specific requests don't hesitate to make an enquiry. The bedrooms made available, where the number of guests is below the maximum occupancy, and in case of a reduced rate due to the lower occupancy, will be adequate for the number of guests to stay there. The accommodation is for exclusive use.
